They were dealing with unreliable WiFi, an aging analog paging system, and a legacy phone system that was difficult to manage and update— especially when seasonal schedules and events demanded frequent changes.

Telecom Phone System Modernization
  • On-Premise IP Phone System: Installed a robust, feature-rich system that integrates with their existing analog lines
  • Custom Auto Attendant: Empowered staff with the ability to make seasonal and event-based changes on the fly
  • Advanced Features:
    1. Voicemail-to-email 
    2. Time-based call routing 
    3. Ring groups
    4. HD voice using the G.722 codec
    5. Long-range cordless phones for mobility in the pro shop
  •  Smart Paging System: Replaced their analog horns with modern IP paging equipment featuring:
    1. Zone-based control 
    2. Volume customization per area
    3. Seamless indoor/outdoor coverage

The Outcome:

The transformation was completed on time and on budget, just in time for the start of golf season. Staff can now roam the course without missing calls, guests experience better service, and the team has the tools they need to easily adjust communication as the seasons change. The result? A public course now operating with private club polish—thanks to a strong technology foundation built for the future.
