A Ground-Up Cabling Infrastructure Build
We started by removing the tangled mess of outdated equipment and completely rewiring the main office. A professional-grade equipment rack was installed to house all networking hardware with proper ventilation, cable management, and room for future expansion. This laid the foundation for stable connectivity and scalability.
Secure Networking & Centralized File Storage
A segmented and secure network was implemented to separate internal staff activity from guest access. A new domain controller enabled centralized user management, while a high-capacity NAS (Network Attached Storage) system provided a reliable, on-site solution to store and organize thousands of project photos, plans, and documents critical to daily operations.
VoIP Phone System, WiFi Network & Surveillance
To modernize communications, Intechtel installed an enterprise-grade VoIP phone system with HD audio, voicemail-to-email, and time-based call routing. We also deployed a powerful WiFi system for seamless coverage throughout the office. A fully integrated surveillance system was added to enhance security and provide peace of mind both during and after work hours.
Digital Presence & Ongoing Support
Beyond the physical upgrades, we rebuilt the company’s outdated website to better showcase their professionalism and capabilities. The new site reflects the quality of their work and makes it easier for clients to engage with them. Today, Intechtel continues to provide managed IT support, remote monitoring, cybersecurity services, and maintenance across all locations.
